Chad Dawson, lmao. Who the fook has he beat? One good victory over Tarver warrants a big match against Calzaghe? A scrappy win over Glen Johnson in which he didn't win convincgly at all. Don't be silly. Chad Dawson isn't fit to lace the boots of Calzaghe. As Buncey said the only fight really Joe could take is Hopkins rematch at the Millenium.

This thread is like an Internet Nursery School, a lot of cry babies around here.

Also for the person bringing up Chad Dawson, a few thrases come to mind - pathetic and clutching at straws being 2 of them. Do you really think Chad 'Never Even Been On HBO' Dawson really brings any money to the table? You must be still mad at Kelly getting exposed

what makes you think calzache is in his prime? he's no spring chicken either. I never liked him but he did get my respect tonight. going 46-0 is a hell of an achievement. he has done it against not great but pretty good competition. I dont like his arrogance or style but he's had a hell of a career

Jones of 2000 would've stopped Calzaghe in that first round. Jones was only potshotting with one shot at a time. Prime Jones would've followed up. Easy work to be honest

Calzaghe is in his prime now because he has a lot of experience. The current Joe C would kick the **** out of the Italian Dragon circa age 30

How the **** do you know that when even in 2000 or before, no one ever knew which version of RJJ was gonna turn up back then? Roy signed the contract in 2008 and got beat in 2008. Check boxrec if you don't believe me.

I'm a Calzaghe fan too, but you guys need to stop with this stuff. Dawson is a fantastic fighter, and if Calzaghe beat him it would take everything he had to do it IMO.

This was Calzaghe's first ever fight in a PPV main event, so acting as if he's some untouchable megastar or something...come on. Dawson is the best fighter from 160-175 that Calzaghe is yet to face.
