In order to get to an ATG, he would have to lure his brother Vitali to fight him and beat him. That's his only way.....maybe.

as far as im concerned, wlad is the "savior" of the heavyweight division. dominant champion, just as dominant as any. he is the one somewhat holding the division together, otherwise it would be a huge mess and there would be no clear champion. all he needs now is a rival to have a legendary fight with.

The guy in your avatar will be looked at as a joke, however Wlad will have the same reputation that Larry Holmes had. A very talented boxer with a lack of competition, however the title defenses will make up for it.
