so no, Wlad did not have an easy time with him. heh.
I agree. Thompson was Wlad's most difficult fight since Sam Peter, and Tony didn't cheat with rabbit punches like Sam did.

Thompson is underrated, but maybe that will change after he defeats Toney.

at the end of the night, wlad figured thompson out and put him to sleep, while thompson did give wlad more trouble than previous fighters, thompson was never close to being in control. with that said i do think thompson is one of the smartest heavyweights to come along in a while, i just think he should get a little more explosiveness. also, for the mercer fight, i think wlads face is a bad indicator of how that fight went haha. that was an ass beating if ive ever seen one. i think mercer regretted having a good chin when he fought that fight, because he took that much more of a sustained beating.

as far as rahman-wlad goes, im glad this fight is happening cause rahman was never good anyways. this will be the beating rahman really needs to realize he does not belong in boxing any longer. rahman was simply a one time champ due to a lucky win. ill be glad to see rahman get the worst loss of his career by EXTREMELY brutal KO, i mean this isnt even going to be close. rahman shouldnt even be boxing after quitting against tony like a little girl. look at vitali's eye in the lennox lewis fight, then look at rahman in the toney fight. vitali wanted to continue, rahman quit, and rahman thought he was anywhere close to the man vitali was? rahman isnt in their league in any way at all; heart, skills, conditioning none of it. if rahman doesnt retire after this beating he will be closing in on evander's level of not knowing when to quit.

also, if wlad lost this fight, im no longer his fan. but that wont happen because wlad is a ****ing beast!
