Lacy is gonna walk straight into Taylor straight right hands, Taylor stops him late maybe.

Lacy has looked pretty terrible the last couple of times out. Taylor, on the other hand, looked like he had a fire lit under his ass after the first loss to Pavlik.
Taylor takes a clear decision IMO.

One thing I'm unsure about is Lacy's chin. He took some solid shots when he was IBF champion without much problem, but then against Mendoza he seemed hurt. Taylor doesn't have the power of Mendoza, but he does have speed and accuracy, and hits harder than most people give him credit for.

I think the most likely outcome is that Taylor outclasses Lacy. At some point, I think he'll open up, and if he hurts Lacy, he'll move in for the kill, but if he doesn't, he'll decide to simply work the jab and take a UD rather than risk getting into a war.

I think it's possible that Taylor is concerned about his stamina, and decides not to waste too much energy trying to KO Lacy if he is able to get the job done on points. Taylor is probably aiming to impress though, so maybe he'll go for the KO and get it.

        My prediction is UD Taylor.

Jermain has the tools to completely blow Lacy out early, but the fact that they are friends might change that and Lacy has good survival skills. He will do anything to stay up and Jermain is not that great of a finisher.

I got Taylor, by knockout but maybe he'll be hesitant to stop his friend.

I don't think his punch resistance is as good as it once was, I think he got stunned by a Mendoza jab in his last fight, granted Mendoza is a pretty big puncher in his own right but Taylor is a pretty good puncher himself.
