Proving once again you don't know anything about boxing, it's history, it's fighter or it's promoters.

All you know is being a nuthugger and a fanboy.

What you just posted just shows what a biased jackass you are.

Here's the same post directed at Tocker Pudwill's destroyer:

Awww...so sad. Poor Joe got scared and pretended to hurt his little hand. Owwie. Got scared twice and did it again and ran from the big bad guy with 8 losses. Talked some **** to BBC, so that all his brainwashed fans would believe him.

    Awwwwwww.

The Calzaghe vs Johnson fight was scheduled for a month later. Calzaghe maintained he wanted the fight.

Hopkins, true to form, didnt mention Calzaghe for another 6 years.

Joe .pulled out twice. There was no reason for anyone to believe he wouldn't do it again.

        True to form. As always.

          Quack!

As much **** as Hopkins gets for what happened in '02 this is as bad or worse, yet in Joe fans world it's perfectly acceptable.
Johnson said he wasnt interested in fighting Calzaghe. What part of that dont you get?

Calzaghe maintained he wanted the fight. But Johnson had bigger money fights on hand.

He pulled out of the Jones fight too. They simply rescheduled.

If Calzaghe didnt want the fight, he wouldnt have agreed to it happening a month later.

              Hopkins made no such arrangements.

Verbal agreement over the phone != contract that is signed and fight that is scheduled.

                Genius.

No Johnson was interested, just not interested in bull****. Glen was completely free after whoopin Roy and after the first Tarver fight no matter what happened originally between him and Cal. Jeff Lacy, instead of really pushing for a fight with the new KING of Lightheavy? ****, I haven't heard Joe Calzaghe mention a damn thing about Johnson after he knocked out Roy. He was quick to bash Roy, but not a peep about the Road Warrior.

So you're saying that Calzaghe not making a fight with someone who he was on bad terms with and who had publicly stated that he didn't want to deal with Warren/Calzaghe is worse than what Hopkins did? Please elaborate on this.

Before Johnson Tarver I+II: After all the problems the first and second time they tried to arrange a fight, I doubt that Johnson would choose to fight Calzaghe instead of fighting Tarver. What would be the point? He would be paid less money and get less credit if he did win.

After Johnson-Tarver I+II: If Calzaghe had chosen to move to 175 and fight Johnson, who was coming off of a loss and who was 36 years old, instead of facing Lacy, who was highly rated, young, prime and picked by many to destroy Calzaghe, I suspect that people like yourself would not be praising him for doing so.
