It's often hard to pick 10 "good" fighters on just about anybody's resume. Try the same thing with a few of your favorites, you'll see what I mean. And out of those that you can, how many have a high win ratio against those 10? There are a few I can think of, but not many, and none went undefeated against true world-class opposition.
Calzaghe is undoubtedly world class. He could've made a few better fights throughout his career, but then so could alot of other guys. RJJ has a resume with somewhat similar opponents, with the exception that he has Toney and Hopkins on his, but remember, those guys were much younger and less experienced when they ran into a physically gifted Roy, and I'm not so sure either of those younger versions of the superb fighters they are today would've beaten Calzaghe. Toney would've had the best chance of the two younger versions, being the defensive genius that he is.
Another thing: Roy went through the exact same **** back in "the day", being constantly ridiculed and crusified on sports networks for his seeming unwillingness to take on credible opposition.
