Trust me.. Travis Walker is Americas best kept secret.. he's been sparring with the TOP heavyweights for the last 4 years (including retiring Vitali sparring in LA). He's still a secret because none of them want to fight him.. Tua, Rahman, Peters all ducked Walker. Chris Henry and Travis Walker both trained at Main Boxing gym in Houston. Everybody was ducking Chris Henry also. If you look at the Diaconu fight he was robbed in that fight (his only loss).. same thing with Walker (one loss on a B.S. stoppage) but he avenged it in brutal fashion. Travis stays in shape.. gots stamina.. power.. speed and size plus his trainer is old school. Trust me after he mops the floor with Arreola he will be a TOP contender.

This is what is wrong with the heavyweight division.
Valuev should have been chasing Klitschko.
        Klitschko should be chasing Valuev.
Both were looking for December fights.

Who the hell are Hasbeen Rahman and Evander Oldyfield?

Actually, it's this kind of **** that having multiple belts allows. Really, let's lose all the different, ****, irrelevant belts. 1 champion, all the rest are contenders.
We'd suddenly start seeing challengers chasing fights instead of fighters sitting in their home country taking on chumps holding on to some irrelevant leather strap.
No excuses. You can be American/British/Russian etc. champion. Wanna be World Champion? Go fight THE WORLD CHAMPION! Wherever they are. Make manditory really mean something.

How many World's we got? One!
How many Champions do we need? One per weight class.

        Catch weight?

That's fine, let go of the belt first.

Wow, Hulk actually really is angry. Grararararrrrrrrrr!

I agree, this is what's REALLY wrong with the heavyweight division. There are plenty of interesting fights that could be made, instead they give us this.

I would have loved to see Valuev vs. Wlad.

Henry didn't get robbed you moron.....Diaconu WON that fight

Walker is nothing special. He is slow, crude and has a suspect chin.
                His resume is weak

Arreola will KO Walker for sure

                  Wlad is gonna smoke Rahman.
I will make sure to catch the fight, but I have no doubt how its going to go down. Too bad about Povetkin, he would have been a legitimate challenger.

It's tough to get competition for someone like Wladimir on such short notice, and Rahman is probably about as good as anyone else they'd be able to talk into it. Rahman is doing it because his career is nearing it's end (if not already there, and past), he won't get another shot at a title, and he's figuring this'll at least be a decent payday if it finishes him. He also remembers catching Lewis with that right hand, and has daydreams about doing it again to Wlad.

what are the odds on this fight?

if anyone thinks rahman is going to win they dont know anything about boxing.

even a rahman nuthugger should pick him to lose this one (not that rahman actually has any that im aware of... i havent even seen a single rahman avatar on the entire boards.)
