      push-ups 100
      pull ups 100
      dips 100

ery day! If you want big legs then you have to do squats. If you want defined legs then do jumping exercises and run often.

thanks g, fter college i got into it hardcore because i realized in college that i had good natural strength, and needed something to do after graduation. as i got older, and after my powerlifting competiton was over i wanted to be more well rounded. so now thats what i do. i feel the best now at 33 than i have ever felt.

t- i would not go crazy on heavy curls. one SET WITH A 25, THAN 35, AND THAN a 45 on each side (135LBS)for the last set. i would do each of them till failure. heavy weight on those killed my wrists. than i would fo preacher curls, and dumbell alternating curls to finish.

If you can't afford weight or membership (like me), improvise.

Use body exercises, get a bag and fill with stones (increase gradually). Work out 5 times a week, drink lots of water and eat lots.

he should also juice like you to take that "next step", as you call it

true man. now i am into it for different reasons. when i was young i would have been in the training section and talking about it non stop. now i just do it, and it's part of my life so i can look good, and feel good. back than i wanted to be the strongest kid in the gym. now i just wanna be in great shape to get the *****, be healthy, and occasionally whoop a little ass when need be. lol.

To look and feel good about yourself is the most important

if i was lets say a little chubby or had man **** lol
And i know like Mel would most likely agree and terrible that if you dont train or miss days off i get serious Gym Guilt and start asking my misses
                    Am i getting fat?
Do my arms still look big in this?
