you wanna gain about 5 lbs you need to start working on your legs and lower back, your legs are the biggest muscle in your body and release more chemical into your system in order to grow

dead lifts and squats or dead lifts and leg presses

i never worked out my legs i only did upper body but once i started working my legs doing squats etc i put on over a stone

            complementary muscle groups

chest and triceps are pushing muscles whilst

back and biceps are pulling muscles

I have two 5kg dumb-bells and that is it. I have been using them for about two years and all I have is large biceps.
All I do is speed rope for 50 minz slowly for 50 minz, I can dance a lil, Shadow box for 20 minz, shadow box with 5 pound dumb-bells, Sit up to my max, and **** weightz...don't do that ****... and yeah I'll hit a bag a few.

thanks for the advice, like you yourself I have really stayed away from working out my legs to be honest so getting back into it will be a good idea

I mean I already am doing the dumbbells (and building up)

so adding in the leg presses and squats should be no problem

plus it'll be more of a total workout.

thanks for the advice, I'll throw those 2 in next time I work out.
