At 31 he's still in his prime but he retires the minute legit welterweights call him out.

Retired before Cotto -Marg so regardless of the winner he was out of the equation, like Larry merchant said "I got nothing against you Floyd, I just want to know when your going to fight somebody decent".

People are angry and ODLH for turning down marg, they should be angry and floyd the lil ***** for retireing. He hasnt proved **** at 147 to make me think he could beat any of the top fighters. As we've seen Zab getting ruined by cotto and dominated by clottey too, all his top wins have been beaten and beaten worse than he beat them.

i'm looking at it from a human perspective, not necessarily a sports fan perspective. as a man it kills me to read stories about guys like wilfred benitez and jerry quarry (and way too many others).
