Unless Tito hasn't fought in years, is fighting at a new weight and might be shot himself.

    Oh wait...

Neither of them are shot. An example of shot = Graham Earl when he fought Khan.

And not doubt about it Roy deserves loads of credit if he even gets more than 4 rounds against Calzaghe. It's more than possible he's, he's #7 or so LHW, in a way I hope he surprises a few people enough to realise he's not as past it as often made out.
thats a good point about the opposition. I think its going to be a great fight, I love this match up. I can't wait...

We don't know if either one is shot because they haven't fought anyone else. But if recent history is any indicator, they are much closer to being shot than anything else.

Like I said, for everyone's sake - particularly Calzaghe fans who want to make this a big win for him - I hope Jones comes to fight and doesn't look old or, worse, tentative.

Calzaghe is probably the first or second best fighter in the sport.
he's probaly the first or second best fighter at his weight, not the sport.

I think Joe does deserves some credit for beating Roy, it would be a good win for him. But not a great one because this isn't 1998, its 2008.

he is past it, but has not slowed a whole lot yet, but roy has quite a bit more than joe. i also feel joe actually entered his prime later than roy.
