I know this is an old thread and people have done tallies already.
But I looked through SRR's record for HoF'ers and found he had faced the following

      Sammy Agnott - 3-0
      Fritzie Zivic - 2-0
      Jake LaMotta - 5-1
      Henry Armstrong - 1-0
      Kid Gavilan - 2-0
      BoBo Olson - 4-0
      Randy Turpin - 1-1
      Rocky Graziano - 1-0
      Joey Maxim - 0-1
      Gene Fullmer - 1-2-1
      Carmen Basilio - 1-1
      Joe Giardello - 0-1

      12 HoF'ers (did I miss anyone?)
      29 Fights (Did I misscount?)
      21-7-1

Sugar Ray Robinson is the GOAT, P4P.
He was a nearly perfect fighter: He could box, he had power, he had every single punch, iron jaw, endurance, footwork, solid D and was tough as HELL.
His opposition is a rather frightening list. Almost every L on his record is post 1955 when he came out of retirement, even well past his prime he continued to split fights and trade championships with HOF fighters.
And Kobe > Almost all the rest. The **** case hurt him badly.

I said the same thing, seeing his stuff on ESPNClassic, but, remember... footage of him in his prime at his best weight class (WW) is just generally not around anymore.

You are saying him in a weight class that is bigger than he should be at, at an age where he is losing his speed and skills.
