We have to "grin" and bear it....

Yes everybody's holdings took a hit. My own took a bomb, I don't even want to think of how much, athough I'm not much in the stock market, and I'm not sleeping too well these days. However I'm going to try to forget it fir a while by visiting Florida where I have discovered some long lost cousins, and am looking now for a rental apartment there,[at a limited price]. My first time in the U.S.A. other than passing through, and I'm looking forward to it. Might be even able to visit Roy Jones' training camp. I hope......

It didn't say what kind of property that Mayweather has, but, I assume that it's rental units. Because of the housing crash, the demand in rental units should GO UP since people, who've lost their homes, must live somewhere. As for his 7 mill theft loss, there has been no proof of the actual amount, also, ***ellry, by it's very nature, is really worth in the wholesale market, only about 40% of the store sale price, so ifMayweather is what I think he is, he'll have got it at the loqw price, but is complaining iof the theft at the retail price.....And maybe it wan't even that much....who knows??maybe the thief has had an unpleasant disappointment when he went to sell the stuff.

lol...... wrong for that one.....he was in the LUXURY BOXES!!!!

c'mon man......of course he'd rule 140......he ruled 147 while he was there too....some fights you gotta be "defensive" more than offensive......the same could be said about hopkins....look what he just did....if floyd wanted to, he could very well fight into his forties also. ******s might not hink guys like floyd and hopkins don't bring enough "action," but people who say that don't appreciate the sport. the way floyd and hopkins fight = longevity. and not just the type of longevity to "keep fighting," but the type of longevity to always have a chance to win, no matter who you're fighting.....respect will be shown!

Do you really think he would take the best fights...NO. the best money fights....yes and usually those involve DLH..something nobody wants to see...The problem is yall hold on to him like an EX girlfriend...
you mean "ducking," as in margarito-paul williams? "ducking" like that???

Williams would be a nightmare for Mayweather, and Floyd would never take that fight. He'd be giving up 7 inches in height, a mile in reach, and leagues in power. Williams also throws 100 punches a round, pretty accurately.
i agree with the margarito part....the paul williams fight would be tough, b/c of williams size advantage......but if quintana was able to get lucky and box pwill out for a fight, surely floyd mayweather would be able to do it. idk, floyd's just too good to say he "can't" beat somebody.........

yea, i don't buy that "broke" crap either......he may have taken a few monetary losses, with the economy and all, but he aint hurtin'......

If he comes back, it HAS to be one of those three. What other fighter could possibly be able to generate a $20mill+ payday for him? I agree though, I really wish he would comeback and look to dominate jis division and not just PPV sales. He'll be back.
