Yeah your right...I just hope he does come back everyone else bash mayweather, but i actually like him...He never fought a real rank welterweight so what he's been bathing in millions and one of the best fighters in the last decade. I see him coming back next year for the winner of manny pacquiao vs odlh with ricky hatton that is if he wins....Floyd mayweather is a smart fighter :-) Honestly I think he should be looking for the winner of Margarito- Mosley and hope mosley wins...then cotto-margarito still could have their rematch and Mosley-Mayweather could get made....Them 2 fights would be big for boxing along with Cintron/Clottey vs Paul Williams..

If he comes back strictly for th emoney which is the most reason boxers come back after retirement. He will fight the lesser competition. He obviously has no desire to prove anything to anyone not even himself. So to see him in there with Pac would intrigue me another figtht with ODLH might make me wanna watch it depending on how the fight between he and PAC goes in December. Hatton vs Floyd is a dead issue. If it happens I will order it because it is just what I do but I rather see the other two fights in the same order. he would probably take a tune up fight first thought if he is thinking correctly.

If he fought Margarito, he would do what Cotto did for 6 rounds, only he'd maintain the pace for all 12. He's just slippery and endurant enough that Margs would never catch up to him.

Williams would be a nightmare for Mayweather, and Floyd would never take that fight. He'd be giving up 7 inches in height, a mile in reach, and leagues in power. Williams also throws 100 punches a round, pretty accurately.
