No one looks good against Hopkins, he's one hell of a fighter,.

Dawson? Now this sounds familar? You're going to label someone else who's going to bust Calzaghe up? and Calzaghe should fight to prove himself? LOL.
looking like **** in a fight you barely win isn't impressive.

      OK man, that's your belief.

I'm out of this thread since Barracuda came into it and dropped a large turd in the middle of the carpet.

And no, it wasn't an impressive performance, even Joe will say this, but a win is a win and Joe won more rounds. He edged it out in an ugly fight. Get over it already.

        * Damn, the thread ****ter is here again. Everyone vacate, quick! *
Joe just got a gift..he didn't land with the scoring part of the glove.Hopkins put him on his ass and had hurt buckled several times.

Joe is a ****ty overrated fraud of a "fighter" that flails like a drowning Spider Monkey.

        Get over that.

To be fair, most people look great losing to Hopkins, and beating him.

            No wait hang on.

anyway if taylor didn't get credit for it why should calzaghe? answer: he doesn't.

That said, we have not seen Hopkins throw those type of combinations (granted Pavlik is slow and gangly) since tito and if Hopkins' throse combinations against Calzaghe, I can see Hopkins beating Calzaghe and maybe even tKOing Calzaghe.
Listen, Hopkins is an awesome fighter but styles make fights. He couldn't get his combo's off against JC because Calzaghe moved in and out and never stopped throwing punches.
Pavlik moves in straight lines and he doesn't have particular quick or good footwork therefore Hopkins could land shots in bunches.

Hopkins could fight Calzaghe again but it would be much the same as the first fight because they are both excellent fighters and evenly matched.
