I have no idea, he showed a bit of everything in the fight, he's a pretty entertaining fighter.

It's a shame we're having to even dwell on that kind of negativity. It's pretty unecessary.

Saying that though, this thread doesn't help. Sometimes it's better to ignore and let them fade away then get defensive.

I agree 100% with you! I thought Dawson put on a boxing clinic tonight. He looked awesome despite not being able to put Tarver away inside the 12 rounds. But in Tarver's defense he took the shots well!

He may have not been able to take Tarver out, but Tarver had only been down ONCE and that was against BHop. Even THAT KD wasn't fully a KD because the replay shows his glove never touched the ground where as Dawson legitimately knocked Tarver down. That itself is a great accomplishment.

It was a very good fight. I think a lot of people just want to see knockdowns and knockouts. It seems there are less and less fans that appreciate a good boxing match these days. They just want to see knockouts and blood.

For never watching a whole Chad Dawson fight (Yea I know) he blew me away.
