What rematches SHOULDN'T happen?

Oscar really doesn't deserve a rematch with anybody. Shane hasn't been the same since Forrest beat him. I always thought that Echols deserved a rematch with Hopkins. RJJ has disapointed us to the point if he comes back, it better be good. Golata deserved the rematch against Bowe, but he blew it twice. Moales and Barerra should be free on HBO. MAB is done. Morales should just walk away and do something for his fans. ****, Ward vs Gatti 3 was uncalled for. With all these guys wanting rematches, it is causing the guys on top to stay on top. We need a change of the guard.

If Oscar were a real fighter....he'd rematch FELIX STURM.

But.....Sturm will need to get beaten up....dropped...exposed....in a car accident....SOMETHING, before Oscar would rematch him.

Man Jab you really have problems with Oscar...I agree he lost to Sturm but there is not a fighter out there today that has done more to promote the sport that we all love and as we all know this sport needs serious promoting. You act like Oscar is a *****, keep in mind he is fighting at a foreign weight, how many fighters can say they moved up and been comptetitive in every weight class they have been in(although ko'd he was far more competitive than tito against Hopkins and the funny thing, for a feather fisted guy like Oscar why did Nard show him more respect in the ring than Tito?). Not very many! Love him/hate him give him his due instead of picking on him for a fight or fights at middleweight.

With so many good fights coming up and people yelling that rematches need to happen as well. Some of them should take place, but others are a waste of time. For example, Golata. I don't think he deserves a rematch with anybody. He really hasn't fought enough to deserve the initial match. Now king has himm in again on another PPV. If he loses... No matter how close.. No rematch! Way to many others deserving a fight. When we have to watch Holyfield take Ruiz on for a fourth time, somebody needs to get their Lisence revoked!

Trinidad went to Hopkins, Hopkins was not given the opportunity to show or not show Tito respect.
With Oscar...Oscar was not coming forward, & Hopkins is always more comfortable as a counterpuncher.

Oscar was not more competitive with Hopkins. That's just false. Winning a few rounds does not make you competitive.
Trinidad hit Hopkins more, & hit him harder.
Oscar did not land a single punch worth a damn against Hopkins.

I don't care what the size differential was, Oscar got 30 MILLION DOLLARS....& he quit !
It's not so much that he quit, but that YOU ALL refuse to see it, or acknowledge it.

Oscar doesn't deserve a rematch with anybody. He runs too much. He fights scared. Sturm deserves the rematch. Even money too. But we all know that wouldn't happen. I will give credit for giving Sturm a fight. Byrd shouldn't get any rematches, he doesn't deserve to fight. He shouldn't even hold a belt, there are too many people out there that could whoop up Byrd, Like the Asian Sensation!!!!!
