Since this fight was rumored people came out of nowhere picking Pavlik by KO...and Im like how???....Calzaghe is fast he could land on Bernard when he wanted to...Hopkins will see Pavs punches a mile away......Pavlik is the type of fighter that Hopkins can look good aginst.
Hes not akward like Calzaghe and Winky....and hes not overly athletic like Taylor was.
Pavlik will have his moments in the fight most likely when Bernard takes breaks...but at the end of the day I dont think Pavlik has the skill set to beat a crafty veteran like Hopkins.
To beat Hopkins you need that "it"
Taylor was too active and athletic and some still say he never beat Hopkins.
Calzaghe has a great chin, workrate and speed which allowed him to just throw at will.
Palik is power puncher with a good workrate but is easy to hit and has never been at 175 pounds before..wil his power carry??Comment

Yeah, a two-division champ with over 20 defenses in one division has never been hit flush. Trust me, he's been hit flush plenty. How he reacts at this age against Pavlik's punches is another story.

How will Pav react When Hopkins starts doing the dirty on him ie coming in with head,Elbow shots etc Will Pav come out of his gameplan and Hopkins Dog the fight out of him?

Thats true but we've seen that Bhop is only deadly up till the mid-rounds then he sits back and does nothin but back up then step into a clinch. besides Pavlik is goin to land some shots within the match, somethin tells me those few are gonna be deadly... i cant underestimate Pavlik anymore, ive been on his side since i thought he was gonna lose to Miranda (big mistake ill never make again). Also he did have 2 wins against Taylor whos maybe less technical then Bhop but Technical and fast none the less.Comment
