Easy to say, isn't it? Try doing that with 10 broken ribs and hair extensions dangling in your eyes!

Seriously, Paulie Malignaggi is not winning this fight. I'll bet on that with anyone.

I don't think Hatton was ever a top P4Per but he is a superior fighter to Malignaggi. The only advantage Paulie has is handspeed because Hatton arcs everything.
        I agree with you.

And I see you're a Luevano fan also. Good man.

Hatton has bigger balls than Paulie and in a straight fight will v will Hatton will tear him an new *******

Paulie does not have natural defensive quailites he thinks he does he probably takes more punishment than Hatton over the coarse of a fight and on the speed issue Hatton is as quick as Paulie he showed he could live with PBF for hand speed so i dont see that being a problem

It seems like one of the easiest big-fights to call that I can remember, I'd bet all my points on Hatton too.

Luevano put in one of the most impressive performances I have seen since I became a boxing fan against Nicky Cook followed him since then, which is handy because he gets alot of TV time.

Yes, very enjoyable fight. Steve has great skills and it was the Cook fight that got my attention. I also have been following him since then.

I'm not keen on Cook. I don't even know what it is that puts me off him.

He looks like a chav, who hangs outside off-licences and robs pensioners to me.
I don't dislike him, his corner were playing Ghost Town by the Specials after his Arthur win, he went up in my estimation then, rather than the actual fight,

I think a change in training and style, to improve defence and be more polished is good timing. I think we should see a better Hatton that will win. I just fear he might also be confused at points, less instinctive. Especially with Mayweather, I can see him picking up a few new habits or bad things with Floyd's confusing descriptions.
got to agree. so much of a boxer in the ring is in his personality. Its in Mayweather Jr's psyche to retreat when hit, its in Hatton's to come back harder.

Not seen alot of Holt, but Luevano and of course JMM are glorious to watch.

Did you see Hatton mentioned fighting JMM if he wins this as a possibility? I'd love to go and see that. Due to the jump in weight I don't think JMM would be able to get Hatton out of there but damn he would hit Ricky with every shot in the book.
