Juan Diaz Will Not Wait For Marquez, Campbell in The Mix

By Rick Reeno - Two of the more happier individuals to hear the news of Nate Campbell breaking away from promoter Don King, had to be Juan Diaz and his manager Willie Savannah. This past March, Campbell (32-5, 25KOs) upset Diaz (34-1, 17KOs) in Cancun, Mexico to capture the WBA, WBO and IBF lightweight titles. [details]

Sounds like Diaz is getting his rematch with Campbell...good ****

But WTF is wrong with Marquez? You'd swear he was Pinoy from the way he's all over Pac-man's nuts...Let-it-Go, move on

The timeline is good for this one, Campbell is ready to go and Diaz sounds like he's ready to go and Diaz is ranked in the top 15 by the IBF so Campbell won't lose his belt, unless he loses it in the ring.

The best fight in the lightweight division now is JMM vs Campbell though.

            slow your roll

i love Diaz, hes from my TOwn (houston) and hes a great kid with tons of respect but please dont talk down to a Mexican Legend like Marquez... i know it was Savannah doing the talking and it would be a great fight but Diaz has unfinished buisness with Campbell so lets get that fight and see if we got a triology on our hands...its tough because Mexican fighters always bring the best action against eachother but the bad thing is someone has to lose and the beatings they will take from eachother may be too much like Morales Barrera and Vasquez Marquez...tough choice but i rather not see them fight

**** it, both good fights either way. i do agree that Marquez's mission for a 3rd with Pac could be getting in the way of creating a great legacy.

So hope Juan Diaz vs Nate campbell II will happen, and hope JMM to fight David Diaz next year, this will be a good match up. then the Last man Standing Lightweight champ will settle with the great Pacman, to prove who really the best lightweight of the decade.

Savannah is reading too much of the bull**** on this site from the pac nutthuggers who keep talking **** about Marquez.

Marquez is not waiting for Pac and he just came off a tough fight over Casamyor Carlos Hernandez fight is a good move then fight Diaz or Campbell whomever is there.

The Campbell nuthuggers don't want a Diaz fight, they want a Guzman fight from what they told me.
