Totally agree with this statement. Kimbo seems likeable, but the people that found him and brought him into this sport should be ****ing ashamed. It's disgraceful and makes their sport look like a joke.

It's no different than boxing. Look at Khan, Tye Fields, and now Gamboa. They may be nice guys, but there's so much hype about them, and they're getting premium tv spots that they havent earned yet, that people want to see them fail if for no other reason than to shut up the people around them that are spinning all this crap. I bet alot more people were laughing at Gary Shaw last night than were laughing at Kimbo.

I agree with all of your points, except I thought Gary Shaw was removed from that stuff now. I know that he was at ringside for the HBO show (I saw his fat ass there). If he got Kimbo more attention than he really deserved, I would think Shaw deserves credit for a job well done. I'm guess that Shaw was more concerned about Angulo and Gamboa being succesful now rather than Slice.

When you think about it maybe that should be Kimbo's next move. To get into professional wrestling.

As fake as pro wrestling may appear to be, it's a very tough way to make a living. Unless you're talking about spot appearances here and there.

Yeah spot work would fit him nice. I don't know if he would have the stamina to do it consistently.

Shaw still has Angulo, but Gamboa is now with King under a new deal between King and Amet Ohner.
