But Listen to this, no Bull ****, I met Nigel years later at my local Nightclub where he was DJ'ing and got talking boxing to him for a bit.
I mentioned that it was a pitty a Jones fight never came off and do u know what he said? "Na im glad he'd have killed me!"
And he was serious, he added he woulda fought anybody but now knew that Jones was on another level. Jones hadnt lost to Tarver at this point by the way. Very Honest i was impressed

I think Benn punched to wide for a rapid sharp shooter like Roy at any point, At the weight Roy could really ****, Benn wasnt made of stone either so i think Jones could get a relativly quick stoppage in an Easy but Dangerous fight if that makes sense!?

Many fighters, when they are older and the virility/boastfulness of youth wears off they are more classy and give props to fighters and say this or that fighter would have beat them but in reality they're being modest and not giving themselves their due.
