I don't think he was humiliated but he def. lost. He was way past it by then. I mean look at their first match, he did really well. At that point you gotta just go with age causing a huge slippage. But I even mentioned the Peter fights, that's pretty much as close to as you'll ever see him being "humiliated" other than Jones.

Another one I always hear is "Mike Tyson had such a mean pre-fight staredown that he used so well to intimidate".
He did that **** like one or two times his whole career. Most notably, the Peter McNeeley fight. The great majority of the time, he looked to the side, when the referee gave instructions to the two fighters. It was certainly a rare exception when he looked at his opponent's eyes and tried to intimidate him through a stare.Comment

[quote=Thread Stealer;4144796]I won't get into the typical "boxing myths" thread where it gets all based on opinion such as "Leonard deserved the win over Hagler" or some stuff like that.
This picture is the knockout blow that won Rocky Marciano the title

All you have to do is look at the angle of the ropes to see that this is not the case.
Still the best KO ever photographed. imoComment

You mean the best punch photographed? It wasn't the KO punch.
The famous photo, from a 7th round punch.

Here is another angle.

Here is the KO punch in the 13th.

Oh dear. Someone needs to go back to school and learn what a fact is.
Oops, you did it again. Maybe you're too hard-of-thought to understand what is objective and what is subjective.
This time you're just plain wrong. Carl Thompson (the only person to have KO'd Haye) weighed in at 198 in their fight and was the reigning IBO cruiserweight champion. Therefore he was a cruiserweight and not a super middleweight when they fought.
This is getting tiring. It is impossible to know who would have won that fight.
You must be an alt, because there is no way anyone serious can be this unbelievably ******. On other forums it's easier to spot alts, because there are less morons. It doesn't speak well of Boxing Scene that it is difficult to tell a baiting alt from an idiot.Comment

All you have to do when you fight a bully is stand up to him and punch him in the mouth; he will fold
