Jones acually started his career fighting as a Jr. Middleweight, fought thru light heavy , ruling each division on the way there and then took a Heavyweight title. He was ranked the 3rd best HW in the world at one time and Mike Tyson would not even attempt to nego. a fight with him. Roy was that daunting and thought to be unbeatable. Toney was beaten by Jones and went from middleweight up and had plenty of fights at cruiser and heavy before the title shot. He had alot of time to get used to fighting at the higher weights and it was no giant accomplishment. Jones was the only one to do it in almost 100 years. I love how you try to come up with clever comebacks in an attempt to discredit Jones. It only makes you look more naive. Jones did not "rule every division". That is an absolute fallacy. He went through most divisions picking up titles and never facing the best competition there.
