DUMMY! Mayweather said that 'im not fighting to see whos the best' because he asked lots of fans who Margarito was, and they didnt no who he was, so if Floyd would of beat him, the fans would of just classed him as another C class opponant, however, when he asked fans if they knew De la Hoya, everyone knew him as the best. You shouldnt just watch youtube video's, and think the writing on them is always right.

I agree Floyd would be more likely to remain undefeated than Calzaghe, and he actually fought a better standard of opponent too. Basically for Calzaghe to have 'fought the best' he would have had to fight Jones. I actually think Calzaghe could have won that fight, but, hey, I'm in a minority and its got to be regarded as a hard ask. Beyond that I think Calzaghe would have beaten any other fighter he could have faced.

Have you seen that fight BTW? Watson's fights with benn and Eubank are probably the best of all the Benn/Watson/Eubank/Collins fights. Watson v Benn is one of my favourites ever.
