Trinidad was an undefeated middleweight title holder, ranked in the top two P4P, and a 3-1 favorite over Hopkins. Of course he deserves major credit for that win. It put him among the all time great middleweight champions. And I don't even like the guy.

I'm a ghuge Tito fan and he was my favorite fighter at the time. I'll tell you, I remember sitting there and watching the fight and just being totally amazed. Totally shocked. I wasn't speaking, I wasnt moving, I wasnt doing anything. I had little devilish thoughts of Tito losing but being outclassed, as if he was an amateur. I never thought that could happen.
