I don't think anyone can actually make the credible argument that Pavlik is taking the less credible fight against Hopkins above the SMW limit than he would be if he took a fight with Williams at 160. Hopkins has proven more at the weight that the fighting would take place at. In addition, Pavlik loses out on his size advantage against Hopkins.

I think Hopkins is the more dangerous fight, and at worst, he is clearly not ducking Williams to fight Hopkins, because Williams is only a slightly better opponent at the very, very best.

      Hopkins >>> Williams.

Pavlik has taken a huge risk in fighting Hopkins where if he took a fight with Williams he wouldn't be taking a risk. He would stop Williams.

What you bolded was out of context... my post clearly concludes in agreement with yours.

No big deal. You will just know in the future that all my posts are 100% correct, and that if you think that there is something wrong with one of them, there is clearly the need to reread it to figure out what you misread or misinterpreted.

Williams would throw more punches per round then Hopkins

It depends on how you look at it, If Pavlik were to lose to Hopkins then it wouldnt be a big deal whatsoever so NO risk in that aspect, But if pavlik was to lose to P-Will a fighter coming up in weight then thats a big risk.

Williams would get hit more times per round than Hopkins too.

Hopkins has better timing, size, defense, power, experience and ring savvy.

I'll take Hopkins in the tougher opponent category.

The chance of Pavlik losing to Hopkins is alot more likely than to paul williams which makes hopkins the bigger risk, If he was to lose to williams that would be the bigger upset.
