I fight in karate competitions, and they do weight divisions as well im 6'2" and approx 68kg's sorry dont know conversion when Im not training, but for comps im 64.9 on the dot to fight in the <65kg division im taller than most but that cos im a skinny bastard and have a wiry frame. I have and advantage for height but the smaller guy have alot more speed than I. So it is hard to dominate.

If I stay in the 65-75kg division the guys are generally bigger and stronger than me, as I havent been able to get over 70kg's ever.

If you can make the weight then you can compete, There are plently og guys 6'3" and over 100kg there is no way in hell im fighting those guys!

Weight is the best way to catergorise height and age are too hard to do I've seen it fail many times.

        Here is williams stats:

        6'-3" 82" reach

now check these stats from heavy weights:

        vitali: 6-7 80"
        wlad: 6-6 81"
        Danny williams: 6-3 79"
        John ruiz: 6-2 78"
        Chagaev: 6-1 74"
        Samuel Peter: 77" 6-0
        David haye 6-3 78"
        Lamon Brewster 6-2 77"
        Golota: 6-4 79"
        Muhammad ali: 6-3 80"
        leon spinks 6-1 76"

        and some more fighters:

        Roy jones jr: 5-11 74"
        Antonio Tarver 6-2 75"
        Bernard Hopkins 6-1 75"
        Pavlik: 75" 6-2

Pwill's reach is bigger than both's klitchko's He's taller than 98% of heavy weights. Why is he fighting guys the damn WW size???? Good example of picking on smaller fighters or working the system in an attempt to get rich. would williams be williams if instead of going down in weight he actually did what the norm is and go up in weight as your careers moves on? It's embarrassing for williams to be fighting ww's he has no shame! Reminds me of the big dudes back in the day trying to be tough in front of people have their size it really is laughable. Looking at those stats makes you wonder how good quintana is if he can conquer those astonishing disadvantages he had and makes me wonder how good williams really is. Margarito had him hurt and holding the 10th and 11th round but why???? there's no reason for any ww to be lasting 6 rounds with pwill it's a shame they do!
if i were you i would stfu and just thank my god pdub doesn't fight like a fckin klitschko.

I agree that as long as you make the weight you should be allowed to fight in a division but it was rediculous when paul criticized floyd for picking on smaller fighters when he's in his 4th division and paul's in his -3rd. that was chuckleworthy. he did start off his career at just under 160, just saying because you'd be surprised to find how many people don't know that.
