I was joking about the heavyweight thing. Although I do think they should do weigh ins on the day of the fight, or they could have weigh ins the day before but test to make sure the fighters aren't dehydrated. My post was a joke though.

Get your facts staright, Williams doesn’t weight drain himself to make 147, he is naturally skinny. Williams is a natural MW and Margarito is a Jr MW or MW.
Margarito has been asked about the rematch twice. After the fight he sooked and answered I will not fight against Williams unless promoted by Arum. Before Cotto fight he said he had no plans for Williams. He was offered a rematch after the fight and said no. He was offered 4 million and he said no. Clottey is now fighting Cotto, no excuses. Williams – Margarito can happen before the end of 2008

He is a very tall WW, no doubt. The rules are that the fighter has to weigh in at a certain weight. Are you suggesting that we change that or maybe have other stipulations besides weight?

The thing is, he might be weak as fuck by making the weight depending on how much he has to cut, therefore giving his opponent the advantage. I doubt he will be able to make the weight forever. He has plans to move up anyway. He just wants to clear out every division he fights in. Don't you Marg fans want him to beat the fuck out of Williams and avenge his close loss? All Marg had to do was let it go a little sooner and he would have won that fight.

I don't understand why people are making excuses for a fight that he has a damn good chance at winning, that will also help prove who the man is at WW.
