Jones hasn't beaten an opponent ranked in the top 10 in his division since a mixed decision over Tarver in 2003. That's FIVE years. In the meantime he's been KO'd twice and been content fighting relative unknowns and past-their-prime, overweight has-beens.

But you think he's a harder fight than a prime, young, top 5 p4p middleweight champion with an 88% KO rating who's stopped every opponent he's faced in the last 4 years, a few of whom were actually pretty good competition?

You'd think a 43 year old man who was 2-2 in his last 4 fights
would be easier than a "prime young supermiddleweight champion with a high ko rating who'd stopped almost everyone he was fighting".

When did I say Lacy was better than Pavlik? This is an example of a bsrizpac fact - exaggerated, wrong and false.

I said Pavlik is almost as limited as Lacy. He might take a couple more rounds off Calzaghe than Lacy......which wouldnt be hard to achieve.

What I said was hardly an exagerration by any means. The fact that you rate Lacy and Pavlik so closely is deserving of any ridicule that comes your way, IMO.

Taylor didnt do much worse than Calzaghe did against Hopkins, I mean that should count for something...
and whats more, that was a younger Hopkins. 3 or 4 years younger, I think.

Kelly Pavlik has been one for a year.

Calzaghe has beaten 21 contenders for his title. Including Eubank, Reid, Brewer, Mitchell, Lacy, Kessler etc who were all top Super Middleweights.

Pavlik has beaten 1 contender for his title - Gary Lockett.

Please dont embarrass yourself by comparing the two's respective careers.
