i wouldn't count out JMM's chances...PBF is a great fighter but i think he could have some problems with someone as versatile as Juan

Anyone think if Floyd unretires its possible 4 floyd to snub Pacquiao in favor of Marquez?? And if Marquez found a way to pull off the upset would it propel him past Pacquiao in both p4p and atg rankings despite his head to head loss??
floyd is retired, but if he fought jmm at any weight he'd kick jmm's ass. floyd is too skillful, hits too hard, and is the naturally bigger man. no shame in jmm getting his ass kicked by the best though. Can't begrudge him for losing to Pac either.

I don't see Mayweather stopping him. Beating him on points? Sure. Will it be easy? Probably not.

Just thought of this thread because i read an article where Pacquiao states that his ultimate goal in wanting fights with Dlh and Hatton is to lure floyd out of retirement and into a fight at 140. Pacquiao vs Floyd has been discussed to death but why not Marquez?? 2 close fights with Pacquiao in which people argue he won both and is currently the #1 lightweight AHEAD of Pacquiao. Its obvious that JMM has been able to carry his power up in weight and is better now than ever imo. And Marquez himself has stated his interest in fighting the winner of Hatton/ Malignaggi at 140. And since Marquez is GBP its much easier 4 him to ink the floyd fight than Pacquiao

If it were to take place at 140, the fight can go either way. Would love to see it!

at 130 or 135 it would be a solid fight, JMM is very good and could give Mayweather hell. Judah gave Mayweather problems, just imagine Marquez with all his heart.

Floyd is the bigger man no matter what weight they fight at. I think Floyd would pound JMM although I am sure JMM would look good in spots. I think JMM would give his all and would make the bout more competitive then I most likely think it will be but it is a case of great bigger man beating great smaller man. I see no way for JMM to win~
