If the fight is happening in June, then i can almost guarantee that its going down in MSG (pre-Puerto Rican day). Cotto's second home. Although i feel Marg should in fact recieve the lions share of the purse for a rematch, i highly doubt he will.

I hope it's in new york. It's only fair cotto came to las vegas to give us mexicans a fight with one of our fighters i wouldn't mind seeing a rematch in new york.

They want Mosley, but Mosley dont want him. He said it himself. Who else is left? Not Oscar. Clottey wont bring in the big money. Cotto wont happen till june 09. Williams is his only option if he's looking for a nice payday and redemption.

oh I agree but mind you up until Saturday, Mosley had been calling out Margarito for his next fight so its only been what, two days for this to happen.

in all honesty my guess is Bob is going to make a twin bill with Tony fighting in LA and Miguel in AC and then rematch at MSG.

kinda disappointed when Merchant reiiterated that Team Berto wants no part of Margarito...i'd love to see those two go at it...just because Berto has a strap and that it would be an interesting clash of styles

I'll admit that i bashed Floyd for taking easy payday fights over the fights that everyone felt he should've been taking at WW, but u will NEVER see me bash someone for doing such, then excuse one of my favorite fighters and make excuses for him when he does the same.

U guys have to stop being hypocrits when it comes to defending your favorite fighter. He lost to Williams, then was offered a career high payday to rematch him. What's the problem?

Im talking AFTER Floyd's first fight with Oscar. When he chose to fight Hatton and rematch Oscar, rather than face any of the other top dogs in his own weight class. You fail!
