    Thanks Scott.

I had a feeling it would be coming, so I can't moan really. My Post Per Day Average as T-97 is going to suffer for this. I'll have to post like a mofo to get it back up

    Ahhh well. Only a month..

the fight was really ugly- but mosley was ahead. he had landed twice as many power punches at mayorga and threw fewer total punches.
mayorga had the ring generalship on lock- and was landing in every round. definitely came ready and looking better than he has in some time- so props to him. its a shame for him and his fans that he couldnt hold himself together in the 12th.

however, mosley was going to win either way.

but its a pointless debate since it all got cleared up at the last possible second (thank god)

Here are the CompuBox statistics if anyone cares:

Mayorga landed 5 jabs out of 159, that's pretty funny.

A month? That seems harsh. Oh well, you know what they say about prison...you only do two days. The day you go in, and the day you get out. May your time pass quickly.

thanx, i didnt score the fight, but the momentum and the more effective shots seemed to come from Mosley. I could see a 2-3 point decision in his favor.

I don't see how the fight was even close.

Sure it was competitive I guess at times, when Mayorga had his second breath and threw more meaningless punches........

But it's ******ed to think he was ahead in the fight.

He was getting tagged with flush right hands left and right, and was being hit at a much higher percentage, neglecting defense and generally showing signs of being worn down..............after a pretty good start to the first 2 rounds.

Actually rounds 1 and 2 were the only two rounds I could remember saying were totally Mayorga's. However he did win probably at most 2 rounds later in the fight.
