Waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay ahead of ya'.
I've logged so many hours into this game, it's ridiculous! Seriously.
Actually, another [fun] match to do is to pick someone who's quick in the lower weight classes (Pacquiao, Leonard, etc), put it on hard difficulty (not that it helps much), pick Golota as your opponent and try to beat him (without relying on a parry-->HAYMAKER reversal). It's actually a challenge.
I was bored, wondered what it would've been like to have Mayweather go up against Margarito.......so without creativity in the "Create a Champ" department, I just picked SRL and Golota and pretended they were them. I won a split decision in the first match (who would've thought that getting a decision in this game would give you a bigger sense of accomplisment?) In the second fight, I lost by KO in the 12th. Then in the 3rd, I knocked Golota out in the 8th...but I know I have to do a rematch....
............Floyd would never knock Margarito out...
Anyway...my two cents.
Haha thats kool man yeah, whenever I play against pals I let them be heavyweights and I pick a featherweight.
But Golota???? Which version of the game do you have?
No Golota on 360.

Argghhhh!!! Yeah, I ALWAYS mix them up! They don't look anything alike (Golota-Goliath) but somehow the names seem similar. :S
Anyway, yeah. That's what I was referring to:
Ray Leonard vs. Goliath
Rules: No Parry-->HAYMAKER REVERSAL
No Hud (just a clean screen with two boxers, life/stamina bars non-visible)
NO SPEECH VOLUME (without commentators, it's a little harder to tell who won the round)
As an added bonus for the PS3 owner: play under those conditions w/ In the Ring camera...nice challenge...it feels terrible to get knocked out, though.
