He'll create a thread about the last thing he'd do on earth.....

You can't talk sense into people like that.
He doesn't even realize how sick and twisted he is.
He's gotta PRETEND to have a conscience in order to feel normal.
Originally posted by -Antonio- View PostHis stamina is fine. He fought a fight that required too much energy with all the movement against a guy who has an incredible work rate. Against Clottey he'd fight at a much more measured pace because that's what Clottey likes to do. Sure I'd be worried about the counter punching, the uppercut included, but Clottey isn't a big puncher either.

I've watched both of their whole careers. And Their both EXCELLENT fighters.
DON'T THINK THAT COTTO ALWAYS TIRES!!!!!!!!!!! You think just because Cotto got tired at the end of this past fight, that he's ALWAYS been tired at the end of his fights? WRONG!!! Tell me how often in his career you've seen him boring the crowd with clenching, tieing people up, and getting lazy in the ring? On the contrary, he has the energy to knock people out at the end after softening them up with body blows early on.
You've seen Cotto's vulnerable side, yes. But if you back up and look at the big picture of his entire career, you'll see his strengths INCLUDING endurance!!!
I DEFINITELY don't write Berto off. He's got great footwork cause he doesn't lose his balance when he drops/misses his bombs, super speed when he dodges hooks and reacts with fast counter punches, KILLER accuracy, and signature uppercut.
But if you watch HIS whole career, you'll see HIS vulnerable side too!
Don't draw negative conclusions about a boxer like Cotto, cause you can pinpoint how he lost his last fight.
The fact that he ran out of steam against Marg doesn't mean that's the kind of fighter he is. And it DEFINITELY doesn't mean it'll happen against Berto.

Berto vs Cotto is a 1st class fight, Cotto has the experiance Berto is fresher
Both guys have skills and the one thing that worrys me most is Bertos uppercut, a punch he loves to throw and throws WELL! As we know its also a punch Cotto gets tagged with. But Cotto will stop him IMO
Cotto ve Clottey is another good fight but i see Miguel grinding out a points win in a tight fight where Clottey is never in any real trouble.

Guy can go at a pace for 12 rounds no doubt, against Marg the nose was honestly the main reason he tired plus Tony landed some bad ass body shots.
