Clottey is durable and very defensive, going 12 rounds is what he does. That means nothing.

Yeah he is smart cause he know a unification fight would be more money...I would love if this fight was on hbo and showtime...instead of on pay per view again. I don't think cotto wants anything to do with berto dude is so hungry and has a lot of speed and power...I think he would end up hurting cotto multiple times and probably end up stopping him....He has a better shot at a injury prone clottey....

Cotto isn’t a great 12 round fighter now is he?? He has stamina and chin problems which Clottey will expose. If he dares to fight Clottey his career is over

For the record I bet he ends up fighting a guy like Lujan instead. Although I'd love to see a Clottey fight. Berto would never take on Cotto now.

His stamina is fine. He fought a fight that required too much energy with all the movement against a guy who has an incredible work rate. Against Clottey he'd fight at a much more measured pace because that's what Clottey likes to do. Sure I'd be worried about the counter punching, the uppercut included, but Clottey isn't a big puncher either.
