Spinks: lost to Journeyman Philips just
Ouma: unable to do anything good now
Hopkins and Wright are good but he didn't beat Wright and came very close to losing to B-hop.
Taylor has beaten Hopkins, Spinks and Ouma
Hopkins and Spinks were ridiculous close and Spinks was best at 147 in a horrible fight. Hopkins was close and IMO should have won the second fight (Taylor won the first in my opinion)

Kessler has beaten and more decisively Sicia, Mundine, Andarde, Beyer, Sartison.
Kessler's resume is better. Might not be as big names and Spinks and Ouma but atleast there in the same weight class

Badge, with all due respect - he's fought two guys since losing to Calzaghe (the second coming up) so I'm not sure how he's fought better comp than Taylor since regaining the title.

Especially when the guy he's fighting next lost to Raul Frank...a welterweight.
