Thanks. Just wanted to point out that throwing a lead left hook isn't sloppy. Neither is covering up or not being a very good fighter with your back against the ropes.

And that was my point. Being unorthodox isn't being sloppy - being sloppy is when you do things BADLY - or the definition you just put up.

No, I think Sugar Ray Leonard was more complete.

Ray Robinson is, Roy had ALOT of flaws, his speed and reflexes covered those flaws

Absolutely not. Roy was really quite sloppy technically and not a very sound defensive boxer. He may be the most gifted athlete ever to box but he's certainly not the 'perfect fighter'.

I personally rate Mayweather as a better fighter than Roy, he had speed and skill like Roy did but knew how to harness it into a schooled boxing game. Mayweather at his best is closer to unbeatable than Roy at his best IMO.

Neither are better than Sugar Ray Leonard, beyond that I couldn't say.
