I also think Valuev-Haye is a tough one, Valuev doesn't have much power, so I doubt he would stop Haye (But hey, maybe..), and he was hurt by an overhand right (If I remember correctly) from Ruiz, so Haye has that shot open. But I don't know how Haye would deal with the size and reach of Valuev, and his jab is pretty good.

valuev isnt a big puncher but he sure as hell hits a hell of a lot harder than any cruiserweight haye has been rocked by. I think valuev would wear haye down and stop him. he's just too damn big and I cant see haye hurting valuev
This is not a bad idea. If Haye gets past Barrett in November he could face Valuev in December. Valuev is reportedly looking for an opponent for an optional defense of his WBA December 13....
You're ******ed. After fighting on Nov 15, no way will Haye fight Valuev on Dec 13. He would need more time to prepare for a fight like that.
