Roy will win if he conditions will Mackie Shilstone???

I think if he trains with that dude he can have what it takes to go 12 strong rounds with Joe and win convincingly. Mack conditioned roy great for ruiz. What do you think?

We'll see, the thing about Mackie's track record, evne though he IS the best in the business, is that usually when he conditions fighters for fights when they aren't moving up, it's not so good.

Roy vs. Tarver 2 - We all know the deal
Hopkins vs. Calzaghe - Hopkins gassed, though he was more active than usual

Those are the two biggest ones I can think of, where he trained with fighters when they weren't moving up in weight.

I was listening to Power 105. a few weeks ago, and they had Roy on as a guest. I didnt quite catch the whole interview, but i heard Ed Lover talking about how disciplined Roy was when it came to his diet and training. He started mentioning all the things that Roy doesnt eat and avoids, and said how he can NEVER in a million yrs follow that diet regimend.

Would you be so kind as to share what kind of food Roy avoids?

I can live with no sweets, I would have a hard time cutting bread out of my diet COMPLETELY and I would not be able to cut out red meat.

The man has a great physique ESPECIALLY for someone his age.
