For Kirkland, he is very easy to hit and he has been dropped and hurt. For Vanes he has not been tested versus anything that resembles a real contender, but he has beaten who they put in front of him.

I'd love to see a combo of any of these three fighters in the near future.
Angulo will have a real test vs Tsurkan on Oct 4 bro...

Tsurkan is one guy he best not look past... seen his fights??

I guess I wrong. If they take this NABO stuff seriously this fight may happen earlier. Looks like a great future for the 154 though. Good to see the divison doing good considering Forrest cant carry it by himself anymore.

well NABO is an American National Title so nothin huge.. but it does put you in top rankings for the WBO which is a world title of course..

I think Kirkland may vacate the NABO title.. doubt him and Vanes would fight this soon, doesnt make much business sense.

By judging there last fights, Vane and Kirkland both have defensive problems, so both are there to be hit. Which one can take the punches though? Thats the question one of them might answer in the ring if they fight each other.

Interesting fight. I have not seen a lot of either, but both seem to be good fighters, with bad defenses. But so far both seem to have sturdy chins. Kirkland is obviously the bigger puncher, and his relentless style may throw Vanes off early, and land his big shots. But he is open on the way in and Vanes has good speed and decent power, so he could catch Kirkland as well.

I think Kirkland by TKO. But it is a fight I would love to see.
