Just look at Calzaghe vs Kessler ratings.

Don't call a thread ******, when i have facts to prove you wrong.
First off Cal vs Kessler ratings are based on advertising as are all big events, it does not mean the fans did not watch it.
Your facts are based on a handful of posters. Speaking with a background in research and statistics all you have proven is that there are 10 ignorant posters on this forum. I could just as easily turn around and state the domination (in term of numbers) of boxing forums by US fans proves that that other regions of the world don't watch as much boxing or are not fans of the sport. So you see my friend you have not proven jack ****.

Like I have told you before any poster with a UK dominates US signature and only an interest in Cal, Hatton, and Kessler does not carry much credibilty in terms of an unbiased arguments about boxing and especially on the thread " I would hate to be a US boxing fan"
But Im glad you like my post, at least we partially agree sometimes.

Where in my sig does it say "UK dominates US"? Its funny what people will invent in their heads over a list of facts.....

Saying my only interest is in Hatton, Calzaghe and Kessler is about as ignorant as saying "I would hate to be an American boxing fan" since you dont know the first thing about me or what Im interested in.

Your post was good but you display tendencies of the very "casual fans" you allude to in it.

Bro if you honeslty think your sig has no bias (owned and dominate are interchangable in this situation by the way) then I can't really say anything more on the topic. Well let everyone else decide on that signature. As far as the ignorant post goes, at least I made my point that "I would hate to be an American boxing fan" is an ignorant bull**** thread.

Bro......its my sig..........isnt it? Surely I know better than you what its about.

Owned is a term which means posession. Look it up. People own belts. Pavlik owns the Middleweight Belt for example.

While the title of the thread is a bit of a generalisation, there are some valid points behind whats been said here. And someone who says Calzaghe is a " *** bum who's fought nobody" falls under the category of the type of American fans we're referring to.

You can play word games all you want, like I said well let eveyone decide for themselves the implications of the sig. And Calzaghe is a fighter who faught nobody significant enough to ensure the legacy you imply he will leave. This statement has no indication of me being an American fan. To prove that this is not just another "American" fan bias, I will admit at this stage in his career Pavlik has not cemented any ATG legacy by beating Taylor twice (great feat in itself) and by fighting an old as Bhop (as Cal did also). The differnce is Pavliks got a lot of fights to do that (he may or he may not, well see) but if Joe retires after Roy Jones then hes most notable victory is aginst Kessler (while a good one, it is not spectacular). This is my reasoning, as you can see it has nothing to do with the US or UK or Germany or Mexico or whatever.

People can think what they want. Thats the fun in it.......as you can see from the ****** above you. People debate the meanings of song lyrics and **** all the time and a vast majority of them are probably nowhere near the actual meaning. So feel free to judge......no skin off my nose.

The statement has nothing to do with your nationality (although it could be a factor) but it has everything to do with your ignorance.
