    That's true, very true.

I think he will be a test for younger guys. To see if they are ready to move up, and I think he will win some, lose some. But I will always be a fan, the way he fights means his record is kind of null-and-void.

a loss is merely the chance to start again with a fresh perspective, winning all the time means nothing if you're avoiding the best fighters. Man Utd could play Wigan/Sunderland every week and win, what would that prove? u have to test urself against the best - consistently.

In fairness most people dont say that they are finished. Even in Khan's case which was frankly humiliating. What people tend to say is that they are on the brink. If Cotto or Khan lose their next match convincingly, then their force and standing in the division may suffer irreperably.

Its obvious to see why so many fighters protect their 0's so much. Or at least their unbeaten record (many fighters who are beaten early in their career actually go on to better things due to not having to worry about that 0).

Yup, except Gatti did manage to win world titles. I don't think Katsidis will tbh. But I hope he does, and I will root for him any day.

Well Haye, hopefully, hasnt reached the peak of his career yet. But he is a good example. His loss certainly helped him.

Haye is the perfect example of a loss doing a young fighter good!
That fight taught him alot about himself and the hard game that is Pro Boxing
