They had a few girls saying it should be banned.

but then they had some tasteless posts of MMA fan boys spewing their agenda in there.

MMA has indeed taken off, boxing pales in comparison to MMA.
These professional boxers couldn't go toe to toe for one round with an MMA professional.
The winds of change have arrived! Hang up those 24 ounce gloves... and get in the octagon, that's a real trained athlete.

Boxing isn't really a sport and it's not an art. It's just another veneue for un-educated balcks and hispanics to earn a living basicly because their too ignorant to get a real job. It's either that or jail....or in Mike Tysons case, both. The only reason that whites pay to see these "fights" is with the hope that they will eventually kill each other off....PS take ***** with you

^anyone notice how loub reply about blacks and hispanics being uneducated is ironic? since he cannot even spell blacks or uneducated or basically correct?

Wow Domain I'm surprised you caught that, haha! (just ****ing with ya)... Is that for real??? I guess there is a Hector in every forum. That ticked me off, I hate racist ****s. Little does he know the #1 fighter in mma is a dark skinned Brazilian.

the original salvo was thrown by Dana White (a failed ex-boxing promoter)...he just can't hold an interview without taking a piss on boxing for some reason...and MMA fans who arent sophisticated enough to grasp the sweet science eat it all up...i watch both but some of those MMA fans have a serious inferiority complex when talkin about their 'up and coming sport

Put a boxer in an MMA ring and he has a bigger chance than a MMA fighter in a boxing ring. The best boxers in the world don't become the best overnight... It takes alot longer for a boxer to become elite than an MMA fighter.. That just goes to show the dicipline, dedication, skill, artistry that goes into boxing... Yeah, I watch MMA and have friends that compete in it and its cool but you throw in chuck liddel with 10 ounces in with a dude his same weight and decent skills, chuck getting koed.

That's an unfair comparison considering one of the qualifications to be an mma fighter is the ability to mount a half naked man and hump him into submission.

Dooooode....with all due respect….that's another ******ed ass comparison I am effing sick off!!! you can't make that comparison....put a football player on a baseball diamond and viceversa and....Put a Nascar Driver on a Basketball court and blah blah blah ****ing blah...it's two different disciplines...two separate sports people!! Football, Baseball and Basketball are played with ball and eye coordination is key and there is running involved that doesn't make them the same... fuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuckkk....Im out!!!!

i watch both mma and boxing and i honestly don't think that mma fighters can **** wit boxers, atleast 95% of the mma fighters have no hand skills.
if you look at most of the top mma fighters of the past couple of years which is probably lidell, couture, ortiz, penn, silva, hughs and st piere none of them can really box except for b.j penn and besides b.j penn all of those fighters weakness seems to be an opponent with good boxing skills
