If Pavlik fought the guys in Calzaghe's resume...

...would Pavlik have a better record (i.e. more KOs) than Calzaghe's 45-0-0 (32KOs), would Pavlik also be undefeated for 15 years... Vote and discuss.

Worse. Pavlik would have lost to Kessler at the very least. He may well have struggled with Eubank, Reid and Brewer also, though I'd make him the favourite. As much as I like him, I haven't seen anything from Pavlik yet which suggests he can adapt mid-fight.

He would have lost to the thirty-one yr. old Eubank, certainly to Kessler, probably to prime Robin Reid

Mitchell-Pavlik would have been fun, as would a prime Sheika.

Worse. He would lose to Kessler and Eubank. Heck he'd lose to Sven 'Slugger' Ottke for crying out loud.

Pavlik would possibly lose to Kessler and Eubank, maybe even Hopkins.

I misunderstood the question and interpreted it as "if Pavlik fought guys in Calzaghes resume, would his resume be considered better or worse?"

Pavlik would KO Kessler and the old and past prime version of Eubank that Calzaghe fought.

Some good posts here. I like Pavlik a lot but a few of the guys Joe C has faced woulda given him some hell.

                  Eubank Would Have Schooled Him

I WOULD GIVE HIM A 60/40 CHANCE AGAINST KESSLER

Kessler is a big ****, so could hang with his power
Probably outbox Pavlik to a decision.
