    David Haye is a coward

Trying to negotiate with a totally shot, 45+ year old Ray Mercer because he has 'no other options'.

Tony Thompson called him out. considering that Tony just gave Wladimir one of his toughest fights in a long time, youd think that Haye would want to jump on the opportunity and do better than Wlad did...that would put him at the top of the Heavyweight rankings.

is it possible that Haye fears Tony Thompson?
    maybe Haye is...a gutless wonder?

Hypejob Haye dosen't have the balls to face a big, tough heavyweight like Tony Thompson, he is too big of a risk.

Thompson would beatdown Haye for sure and ruin his chances of getting a mega payday fight with Wlad.

Haye would then have 2 KO losses to fighters named Thompson.

Well, motivated Tony Thompson has some very good chances of upseting Haye and definately make him look bad.
So, I dont see Haye going for him, especially since he is looking for an easy cruise to a title shot.

Mercer is what, 50 years old? do you think theyll let him into the ring with a wheelchair?

Why not fight Tony Thompson, Haye?
