what did they show? man it sucks being out here with no tv, in the middle of nowhere.

I'm getting the impression that "Dr.Cynical" has seen very little boxing.
Talks a lot, but says nothing.

I get the feeling this clown thinks the Klits are better fighters than Toney, in the lb4lb sense. If so, proves the guy is opening his mouth before his eyes. This is an epidemic on this board....a lot of people, especially ethnically biased ones, who talk a lot of **** about things they don't know.

Man Toney was really out of breath after the push to Booker's face!!! He could barely talk!!! Toney was still trying to get to Booker like an hour after the weigh in!!! The just kept cutting to Toney during the show and he was still being held back and trying to break **** in his limo!!! The ending was just abunch of clips of boxers they had on the show, Stalone with those huge oversized toughman gloves, King freaking out... Basically just outtakes from the show!!! It was the usual thing they do... Pretty cool!!!

I didnt see Best Damn, but I hop to watch the fight tonight. I have to say Im a little nervous about Toney making his comeback fight against a hungy, undefeated fighter. I hope we dont see another DLH - Sturm outcome.

Okay, about this fight tonight, I have Comcast,and since I'm in the south I have FSS (for south) instead of FSN. According to my guide provided by comcast, at 8pm tonight the Best Damn Sport's Show comes on and is on til 10 pm. Okay, when I push the "info" button for that channel and time, instead of comment's about the show, this is what it say's, word for word:
"A heavy weight title fight between James Toney (67-4-2,43 ko) and Rydell Booker (22-0,12 ko) in Temecula, Ca. Barry Tompkins call's the bout alongside analysts Max Kellerman and Sean O'Grady."....so, do I get to see the fight or not? That is the same channel the Sunday Night Fight alway's comes on, and it's the same city and state (Temecula,CA) and the same commentators. The only thing throwing me off is the reference to the sport's show. Anybody have any idea? Other than wanting to see it myself, I am taping it for someone, and if it's not coming on I need to know so I can get a family member to tape it for me! Help

It's actually part of the Best Damn promotional team I believe. Kinda like when they had a UFC match slotted during their time slot. It should be on the same channel as the Sunday Night Fights (you know the ones where they show a 9 month old fight over and over again). If you have cable you should get.....FoxSportsNet.......look it up. Good luck.

Thanks...I think they will show it on that channel. I dont know what the sport show has to do with it, but other than that everything else is the same (as when they show 9 month old fith's over and over again...I hate that!!)
