Exactly. You have to understand boxing is not like other sports where its basically set up for certain teams to meet if they do what needs to be done. In boxing **** is about money and fame and Margarito provides none of that. Truthfully Margarito is still not a top draw famous after beating Cotto. I personally think that PBF would not have gotten the credit he would have deserved for beating Margarito especially with the way he would have fought Margarito. Most would have said PBF was the favorite and Margarito is slow and throws wide looping punches and has poor defense. If De la Hoya would have beat him it would have been looked upon as great because he is out of his prime and Margarito was a good opponent but no hall of famer or a generational standout fighter. Cotto would have gotten the most credit for winning because he still had questions about him but we all saw what happened.

I really think money, credit and fame are the reasons the elite fighters won't fight him.

Well we all know floyd is about his money, so if he is going to make MORE money fighting someone else, that is what hes going to do. This is a serious question. I am a huge fan and i may sound like i am beating a dead horse but i am not. Why dont the big name fighters want to fight or/ why didnt they want to fight him? Other than Paul Williams and Joshua Clottey, there are no other big names who want him. And Margarito already fought them.
