Paulie can be a real doosh but.. He's obviously a good guy. It's unfortunate he has hand problems. Has anyone else read his article in RING mag this month? It was pretty good. For him to make a statement like this he much be having a tough training camp. If he was feeling great in training he wouldn't sound so dejected.

I'll bet ya Hatton whips that ass easily. Most likely by TKO, but at least a very distant UD. What do ya say? I'll have 10k to go on it.http://www.youtube.com/v/6qhNn1jIB3w&hl=en&fs
1:48-1:51.
I was gonna type out a post, but **** it. Just watch 1:48-1:51. If he can do that to Cotto, he can do tha to Hatton. And that's all that matters. He's gonna have Hatton covering up a lot N'Dou style, I can tell you that.Last edited by BIGPOPPAPUMP; 09-12-2008, 12:34 PM.Comment

Yep that's pretty much the way i see it too. Special indicator is having Mayweather training him. He won't be able to outbox Mag and i just hope he realizes that soon enough to give us a show.Hatton is gonna run him over.
The problem i have tho is for some reason i see hatton trying to outbox him for the first half. then realise he aint got a chance in hell and has to catch up the rest of the fight.
Hatton can only win if he goes balls to the wall to take him out.Comment

why doesn't malignaggi use Grant or Winning gloves for his fights?
he always uses Everlast, which I heard doesn't provide as much hand protection as Grant, especially Winning.Comment

a chin is a chin...bum or no bum.
margarito's chin was just as tough when he was younger (15 years old) as it is today (against guys like cotto).
my only point is that paulie hasnt sold out on his punches as much as he use to (you can see in the clips he's REALLY gunning for a knockout...we dont see that often anymore because he's afraid to break his hand).Comment

Whats magarito gotta do with them bums? A bum is a bum, a chinless bum is still a bum.a chin is a chin...bum or no bum.

People should give Paulie respect. The guy clearly as we know has fragile hands, this is the reason why he only has 5 KO's....but he has 25 wins and 1 loss.
Just one loss. His broke his hands 4 times i think, and his finished those fights.
I heard him say this after the recent fight in Manchester that he dont have many fights left and at the time i felt he was just angry that it had happened again but would keep doing it, but after him saying it again now i feel Paulie will have a couple more fights, like The Italian said then call it a day.Comment
