Which country overhypes their fighters more? UK, Ph., PR?

Just curious what you guys think. And remember, I'm not talking about how many prospects they had and ended up losing, but more like which ones spread the word too soon and too often and the prospect ends up going on to lose. We all have our own opinions, but personally I feel, UK overhypes their fighters waaay too far before they are anywhere near tested. The filipinos mostly mention so many fighters that are the next Pacquiao but don't necessarily go as crazy as the UK does to promote them. And PR just has great prospects that the fans moreso hype than the public or media. What are your thoughts? BTW-Is it a coencedent that Rey Bautista, arguably the next best Filipino fighter at the time, and Khan who was insanely hyped, both end up getting KOed in the first rd for their first loss? Pretty ****ing sad.

Amir Khan was a 17 year old olympic silver medalist and a mini celebrity. He would have been hyped anywhere.

He was in the realms of sports personality before he even begun.

LoL. I was gonna put Mexico but really I can't think of any fighter they've hyped to be honest besides Chavez and so far, in the matches he looks bad in, he's usually dominated. Not to say he won't get his come up fight, but he's looking more natural and solid than most other upcomers considering he's got no amateur experience. Mexico is no bull****. If they have a real good fighter, they'll throw his ass into the lions cage with like 10 fights under his belt to see if he's really worth their time. Haha

I would go with the UK simply because the press over there is insane. They can be equally brutal though.
